Anyone got a better one?
Where's that mate?
Looks like the Wye in the background?
That's looking over from Cornwall into Devon and the river Tamar.
Plymouth and its dockyard in the far distance.
Thought mine was good, but yours is better .
Thats cruel putting those pics up like that, stuck inside a complete remodel of a 4 bed house working round a chippie, roofer, floor layers and absolute chit plumbers.
got 3 fans running in one of the rooms and its still to bloody hot!!
Count yourselves lucky. I currently have no view and I'm toshing out a rental for a mate. It's bloody hot too
Here's a recent pic. Not as grand a vista as your's @Waynetta.
I am only working next to, not overlooking. Does that count?
One day I will
Been here for a few weeks. Right in the middle of nowhere.
Where's that Peter ?
Lindfield high street , West Sussex . It won prettiest village so many times they banned it from the competition.
The parish council are like the SS. NO plastic windows in this village!
Yeah I rekon it counts but if it'd been a better view than mine I think you'd be black balled!
They don't come better than yours Waynetta, what's it look like in the rain?
I haven't been blackballed since my foot slipped on the bicycle pedal!
Luckily no rain so far.. Got hell of a suntan though.
Pics of a job we are on at present along with the view from the village and one from the back garden looking over to Pembroke Dock where the Irish Ferry sails from.
Another we finished last month, looking up the valley where in the distance is Dryslwyn castle and on the horizon a folly where you can, on a clear day see 7 different countries. (Old counties). Honestly we do get some fine weather in West Wales
Lindfield pond again Peter. You working on that job you got a ticket on again?
Edit: sorry you didn't get a ticket... it's where you took a picture of your old bike you used to use.
It's where the bike was pictured AND where I got a ticket.
It's not one of my favourite jobs anymore!
I'm on my last day of hols in Pembrokeshire grumpyvandriver. I have to say, what an absolutely stunning area you live in.
