...Well £26,500 after Misty’s price plus tea and cake on tap..
. . . And to pay the sniper lurking in the back of his van to clean it out.
Very nice work young man , love the colours
Thanks very much @Craig-B
Thank you Mr. C @Dellboy always appreciate your kind words
Very nice looking finish!, and love the colours.
Thank you sir!
The Caldwell Green is a nice colour.
Top class job there mate. Colours make that floor to life.
Great work there Mistcoat! Did you paint it in situ or take doors & draws off?
I always strip used kitchens & paint all new work in situ. The fresh start primer sounds great & wouldn’t mind trying it. Just looked on the BM site & they don’t seem to sell it anymore?
Take all doors and drawer fronts off. I don't like kneeling for too long
With them off I can stand to paint them
You say that about the Fresh Start MPLP, I have had a conversation with someone else here this afternoon and they said the same thing you noticed. I had a look and it is there on the top of the Primers page but no button to purchase it.
I think they may be low on stock so that may be why it isn't showing, but that is just me surmising about why it's not for buying just yet on the web.
I've just gone on the site and gone to re-order again from my history and it is allowing me to do it
@DMdec Thank you my friend for your kind words. The floor is popping too, isn't it.
Thanks, I will speak to them to clarify. Like the sound of it sanding well, as we know HH can clog a bit. Regarding the laying off with Scuff-x , I was using it earlier in the week when it was really warm & the paint was flowing at optimum.. you could have layed it off with a yard brush & it would still look great!
I've just emailed regarding the primer.
I just struggled to get it to lay nice but it did look alright when dry.
Was yours white? I have no problem getting white to sit down nice.
I struggle at times, all dependant on the surface really?
Colours, no issues with the whites.
I'm sure I read on here that they are going to discontinue Fresh Start MPLP as it wasn't a big seller and price point wise is wasn't far away from HH, which has more benefits...…. I'll check.
Oh for goodness sake no
Not now I like it for kitchens and it can be tinted
I just come across this, very nice @mistcoat
Nice colours, shame the floor guy did t do his job correctly by pulling out the fridge and washer though, always one
Thank you my good man!
He did make a nice job of the floor apart from that
Really nice job mate.
Been using the bm primer on a large study with built in book cases .All woodwork and wall all in a varnish colour wash in red.
Thank you Stevy
Yours sounds good, if you wish to, post it up
Will do mate working on it now.
Great work mate .
I can’t wait to do a kitchen in scuff x
