kitchen done in f&b no284 estate eggshell

    had to re dec this kitchen after someone had painted it badly .
    bit of a rush job but turned out ok in the end

    Looks stunning! And it’s got to be with those ‘hyper critical ‘ spot lights so close! What primer & how many coats?

    after removing the top coat of polyvine gloss varnish that was on top ,then taking it back to primer as the brush marks were shocking, i put 2 x bin 3 x top coat

    Nice. Have you painted doors in situ or off the hinges? @Tehomas bow.
    Why BIN- Barier coat?

    in situ tomcio as the hinges are not recessed ,so taped up. it didn't really mater about getting paint on them as the previous painter had Muller-ed them so i cleaned them up the best i could .when i have to do a job that someone else has done and i dont know what has gone on i always apply an adhesion coat ,and as this had gloss varnish on it that was my choice

    Please can you tell me the method for stripping back polyvine gloss varnish I may have a similar job coming

    I took it back to the factory primer by sanding then grax clean up and tack as I mentioned erlier in this post that the previous painting of it was full of brush marks .not the good type
