    Looks great !
How do you find the durability of the eggshell ?

Must say I did a customers kitchen 5 yrs ago and still looking good, apart from around the handle of cutlery draw. So personally methinks it's pretty decent.

I seen a kitchen done recently up in the cotswolds and was a really good job. It was done by a guy that specialises in kitchen cupboard painting, however he used dulux trade solvent eggshell and used some sort of thinners and hardener I believe. Not to sure what he added to the paint as customer was explaining. Was a nine job in pale mint green colour but I surprised he was messing with dulux. Must be a old school but if you got good skills like people here on forum it's something worth being inspired by. Top work! @Tehomas bow

Thank you. Big job sanding throughout water borne finishes in order to remove leftover ridges in finish.
    You were wet sanding?
    It's a fun work isn't?
What's yours preferred roller sleeves for Shellac/Hybrid paints?

both wet and dry sanding were involved ,i dont use a roller for shellac i prefer to brush it on in thinner coats

Looks phenomenal. Out of curiosity have you ever colour matched F&B to Helmi from Ben?

Thanks. Once you start trying to match colours to your favorite paint I suppose it's on your head if it doesn't work out.

Hi Tehomas, fantastic finish, out of curiosity, what is your method of painting doors, do you roll, and then lay off with staalmeester, and also, I had my fingers burnt spending big money on the all sing all dancing Lucas brush, which was a great dissapointment(imo), so a little nervous paying out big money for the staalmeester.

hi i do all the detail and the edges first, then the panels, then the horizontals and finally the verticals roll and layoff ,the reason i do it like this is because i like one strait layoff on each section, and dont try to paint it all in one go as you would oil ,i hear you about brushes that promise the earth and dont deliver but i can say with confidence that the staalmeester one series are excellent
    .
cheers and yip they sure did and to add insult to injury the poor bugger who did it had to come back to the house about something else she was not happy with just as i was taking the protection off

I am very curious how the finish on the panel look like after staalmeester? Is it totally flat? Maybe you've got some makro pic?

    PS.
I painted kitchen last month, 2 BIN coats and 3 Satinwood Dulux, HD foam roller for panels:scratchhead:customer very happy

Why on Earth would you use Dulux Satinwood?
It smells bad and yellows in no time:spew::think:

What's your opinion about stain resistance of Helmi compared to F&B estate eggshell.
The Helmi MTDS starts in strong words about it isn't.

I used quick drying satinwood. I know that even worse

Aaaah. Okay. It's maybe soft paint with no stain resistance but has super flow if used thickly an quickly..but crazes on caulking.
