They'll be back on soon, Barry
Just wounded why I have to keep logging in most times, when I come on here now.
The forum is set up in such a way that if a user remains inactive for over 60 minutes, they will need to log back in again.
But, note the little check box under where you enter your username/password when you log back in, Kev. Click that box beside where it says "Stay logged in."
Thanks for answer Tim ,but I click on box but still sometimes logged out.just had to logg on again.will see how long it lasts from now
I still keep having issues posting. Get error messages when I hit post reply and 'you must wait x amount of time before reposting'
Happening on this message now
I've had same issue as Craig, not all the time.
Will take a look around the back to see if I can break it even more.
Not a problem. Not complaining. Its a great forum
Just checking in around the back and it came to me. It is a setting where members cannot make quick successive posts one after the other. Discouraging a bit of Specially Pressed American Meat
I'll drop it a tad for you all
Worth noting, some member groups here automatically bypass this setting, some of you are very close to getting these permissions
Still keeps logging me out after a couple times, any ideas
I'll have a look. Sorry about this, Kev!
Out of curio, are you clicking the checkbox as shown in this thread, Kev?
Scroll down to the title where it reads - Staying Logged In
Yes Tim ,so not sure what's wrong
Bugger, bum, poo!
I'll dig deeper.... Hotenanny!
Are you still having issues staying logged in after selecting the checkbox @Painter16 Kev?
One thing I have noticed, thank yous received on posts on the "old forum" do not show on the new forum.
Example being the spray today thread, sure some of the post on there had thank you's but none show now.
I think this a shame, as it showed how good people thought the post where.
Not for the last two days Tim thanks if it happens again I will let you know, hopefully not,
Fingers crossed then, Kev. Cheers!
Sorry just done it again Tim ,
