Rooms upstairs starting to get furnished now

Been down stairs all week working on the two front rooms. We have spent around 60 hours in prep work on them, been the worst rooms in the property to do but should have the back broke by Sunday on them hopefully and all be ready for final coating on Monday/Tuesday.

Some more progress photos. Really need to get some wide angle photos of the rooms now they are furnished. A lot of hours of prep on the coving and also the woodwork. Came good in the end but it felt like a never ending task :zzz::zzz:

This little Mirka File is fantastic if you happen to snag the hose on the fire place whilst spraying and get a runner . It has a smooth and ruff side on the file. It seems to only take the runner off and no need to sand. Highly recommend

A small before and after below of the condition the wood was in. You really could go on forever and the customer didn’t want the place to look like all the skirting and facings was replaced.

The orange is F&B - India Yellow and the blue I will need to get back to you on that its in my diary which I left at work.

I wasn't sure how the colour would have turned out but with the shelves also the same colour it came out great I think.

I did this one in October, very similar I think. Consommé 1 it was called. And anything goes on the ceiling.

The last week I have been finishing the new orangery. Walls and lids were skimmed and I didn’t spay this room, just didn’t make sense with it being so open plan with the kitchen.

Ceilings were finished in F&B Wimborne White (mixed in AR2) same colour as all the woodwork (mixed in Everal Aqua 10). The walls are F&B Charlottes Locks. The walls were actually done with F&B Estate Emulsion as this is what the customer wanted. No a fan tbh 3 coats over the F&B primer and it flashes like hell. A few small parts to finish on the new windows that have settle and cracked on the usual places. Very bright but I really like it

Colour looks great with the floor - but it must have been a mare to keep all those edges so straight. You would have seen wobbles a mile away! Super Crisp!

    Looks great

I've always been told you can't mix into ar2 as it could potentially flash . Also it's a white base so colour might be a bit off / lighter than it should be

Maybe it being such a light colour it doesn't matter?
